Due to the perishable nature of kratom products, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a product you do not enjoy, we will give you a seven-day grace period in which we will provide a replacement (exceptions apply). As much as we would like to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, it is simply not possible given the fact that we cannot resell the product and that many of the transactions are quite large. Having said all of that, we have never had a customer dissatisfied with our handling of any kind of replacement or refund. The purpose of this policy is to protect us from the rare bad actor who may try to complain to not pay for hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth of product.
